Starting with a standardized checklist and audit procedure list, we can tailor a short audit plan for your initiative. You can then execute the audit independently or engage third-party consultants as appropriate.
On completion of the audit, we can help root cause observations and establish remediating procedures to address the core issues. Subsequently, we can help establish monitoring procedures to track not only completion of the remediating activities but also ongoing activity so that the same issue doesn’t occur again.
Self-Assessments
With numerous management consulting engagements under our belt, we have rolled out and can help roll out meaningful surveys and self-assessment questionnaires to users. Getting end users to adopt an initiative is the holy grail of program success. Accordingly, understanding end-user concerns and remediating them effectively is crucial to meeting that objective.
These initiatives could be executed in both formal and informal settings. Subsequently, we compile and deliver detailed reports with observations, supporting facts, analysis and recommendations. Report and analysis delivery can be arranged to be delivered over the phone or in person as per our customer’s preference.
