Latviv pursues a simple but effective security approach to allow CSMs to learn from each other while restricting access to their specific customers. Once elements are tagged to restricted customers, those elements are off-limits from users who do not have visibility.
The diagrams below depict how vendor accounts (i.e., Latviv customers) are compartmentalized from each other with the strictest secured separation. Within the organization cocoon that the vendors operate in, they can restrict access by customer accounts.
Within the sphere of accessible customer accounts, CSMs can pursue liberal sharing of activity occurring at their customers with other CSMs & stakeholders.
Users are mapped to roles such as administrators (called owners), CSMs, Auditors, testers, CSM supervisors, support, implementation, marketing, and sales.
CSM customer contacts whose detailed profiles are set up in the system for informational purposes never get access to the Latviv platform.
CSM colleagues – such as sales, marketing, support, and implementation team members – that may not be users of the platform can be set up as in-active users and assigned items for offline visibility. However, they will not be notified or allowed to log in without a Latviv user license.
